CAJUN BAKED SALMON

Ingredients

4-6 salmon fillets, skin removed
2 Tbsp. Taste of Cajun Seasoning Blend, divided
½ cup mayonnaise

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place salmon on a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet. Season with 1 tablespoon Taste of Cajun Seasoning Blend. Bake until internal temperature reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine mayonnaise and remaining Taste of Cajun Seasoning Blend; set aside.
Serve salmon with mayonnaise mixture on the side.
